- Before this, the first time I did anything drawing-related (outside of a random class long ago in school), was around the start of 2021.
One day while playing TES4: Oblivion at an ungodly hour, I was staring at the screen and got the random thought that art is literally just lines and colors. I kept thinking about it, and had the realization of “what the hell, it actually really is”, before taking screenshots of my character and tried drawing her in a cave, conveniently from behind with long robes and a cloak covering most of her body.
Since then, mostly fueled by the realization that I could draw 100% Orange Juice girls, but larger, I made around a dozen really bad illustrations over the next year and a half, before finally starting to post things publicly.
I always used a mouse in paint dot net, and somehow still do now.
