Hey welcome back and glad to see you draw something you seem soooo passionate about, there is so much text to read here, but again glad to see your back and doing well.

The contrast between Doris being super happy at being huge to the guys (not to mention seeing Yangxi in the final panel of page 1, its so cute) while Yangxi doesn’t even notice them is pretty great imo~

I never heard about Seraphic Blue before it does look pretty fun. I gotta give it a go sooner or later even if the fan translation is subpar. Especially hearing how they managed to mistranslated Yangxis strongest ability to be the opposite of what it says there. It reminds me of that one Final Fantasy VI fan translation that messed up one of the puzzles by saying the opposite of what the text was there.

I looked up that track. It’s very nice. I wonder if someone else put this music into their game? The more I listen to it, the more it feels like I’ve heard it from somewhere. Or, my mind is lying to me, lol.

I see! Well, I’m happy to hear you had a grand time with it! Otherwise, the size art would probably pretty bittersweet, haha. That’s an unfortunate situation with the translation, but congratulations for managing on your own. Learning Japanese is one of those things that I’ve had an interest in for a while, but I’ve never gotten around to it. It’d be nice for these exact situations. Other languages too.

For the art itself, it’s awesome. Gotta love those quick, unaware moments where they just get obliterated by their allies. Yangxi has a nice design, and I love hairstyles that look like that. That description was pretty nice, too. With that power aspect, and how it seems like she can put people in their place and make them feel small, I think her being huge works well.

I like the cracks in the ground and how she snapped the tree like a twig. Great display of power, even if she wasn’t trying. It’s just one of those aspects I love so much about this content. 👍

Great job on your paneling as well. Thanks for sharing!

Makes sense. Those shared Latin roots did come in handy, lol. Having translators and devices that can translate is probably something taken for granted these days. It’s a good skill to have, being able to understand other languages.

I actually had the urge to learn Japanese when I was still in middle school/ early highschool. I got this old learning set that I still have. It’s so old that… It’s on multiple cassette tapes. 😅 I thought about trying this one steam game that I kept getting advertisements for – an RPG that teaches you Japanese along the way.

Noted. I’ll definitely remember that if I ever give it a shot.
